6. My father is Sheldon Ackerman and was in 422nd/106th/C Company. He is still alive and well (thankfully). I would like his name on the roster although he does not like to talk much about his war experience at the Battle of the Bulge.

8. There is a pictorial book, done at Camp Atterbury in 1944. It shows pictures of every man in every company and battallion attached to the 106th. I mailed it to Jim West last year to forward to the 106th historian. It's like a large class yearbook.

9. The Atterbury album is a great source for pictures of the 106th during training, but unfortunately there were no names to go with the faces in contrast with other army yearbooks.
