VOTH, ROBERT J PFC, 106TH DIVISION HQ CO.
This name came up on the return address of an envelope being offered for sale for the stamp. That sale terminated 10 minutes ago now and I don't know how long the posting will remain on line. stampauctionnetwork.com/zl/zl0814123.cfm so I'll add the photo of the envelope here:
The name is not currently on the Indiana Military Site Roster. I will inform Jim West.
I did find the Robert. J. Voth's enlistment record with the serial # given on this envelope. He enlisted at Ft. Snelling Mn. in December of 1943.
He was from Stearns Co. MN
Note Censor's signature on envelope: Lt. J.W. Washington- That would be James W Washington who is listed in the Roster
