My offspring would chuckle at the thought of mentioning this operation. But, for me it was something new. I checked into a website that had theoretically been updated, and I could not see the update.
I was told that my computer was remembering it the way it was and that I needed to hit the "refresh" icon to see the updated board.
For some that's a no-brainer. For those of us not raised with computers it's simple once it's explained.
Go to the top of the discussion board-- to the white space above the banner where you usually type in search words to go someplace else.
At the right of that white space you'll see an arrow bent into a circle. Click on it and you'll refresh the board so you can see the updates that have happened after your arrival!
