Paul J Hensleigh 331st MED

Hi all,

I'm looking for more information on T/5 Paul J Hensleigh.
He was a member of the 331st Medical Bn. I'm not sure what company he was in.

Did you find any information on Paul Hensleigh yet? I know two people from the 331st and could forward your message to them if you haven't had any success yet.

Carl,

It's not looking good as far as my getting you the information you need.

I had a note back from one of the two fellows who I know who were in the 331st Medical. He did not recognize the name and was sure he was not in his company.

(I have asked which company that was -- in case that will at least help narrow things down.) I am quite certain that the two fellows I know were together in the same unit. So, I think I will strike out for you on this one. But, I will keep my eyes open for anything I run across.

P.S. Later... I just got another response from one of the two fellows (same unit) that I know in the 331st. He says: "As to my/our Company, it was "C", and there were 4 Companies in the 331st Batallion, A,B,& C, were "collecting companies," and D housed Batallion Headquarters and was the "clearing company" where we sent all casualties. D sent those that needed it to a Field Hospital, others were returned to duty." So, you can eliminate C Company of the 331st. Paul Hensleigh was not in that one.

Thanks for the info Connie! I think I can scratch C- Co off my list now, perhaps he was in one of the other companies?
