The reviews look good. I have not seen the book. (Anyone out there read it?)While it is a book that covers a much larger context and is not focused on the 106th. I happened on it when doing a search for more information on Leo Leisse, a soldier from the 106th's 422nd Infantry Regiment who became a POW. The name was found in the source list. The source list for this book referenced Leisse's "Diary of an Ex POW. This glimpse at the source list also showed other 106th names including John Kline, Col. George Descheneaux, and Richard Hartman (590th): books.google.com/books?id=FUQ9lEHO0QoC&pg=PT708&lpg=PT708&dq=Leo+Leisse+WWII+POW&source=bl&ots=SXCombVHDj&sig=T_B1o-TyWlUK5pkIGcV1XTkxZ-s&hl=en&sa=X&ei=2x7kUaCRHIbNiwKvvoHIBQ&ved=0CDEQ6AEwAQ
