Lee, ? (first name not given) 422 3rd Bn Hq. Co.
Identified in stateside photo of that unit: 106thdivision.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=photos&thread=715&page=1#2997
There are currently 13 men who bore the last name Lee and are listed in the 106th Infantry Division Roster: www.indianamilitary.org/106ID/Rosters/RosterZOHO.htm
8 of these men were in various units of the 422.
Of course, since the man in the photo was in the company listed above during stateside time pre-bulge, even that assignment could have shifted before the division went overseas. The man who provided the photo was not in the unit when they shipped out. He had become a medic with the division's medical battalion.
It will probably take a family member happening on this site to identify which Lee was in this photo.
