You've read a post. You'd like to reply to the person who posted. But, you have a message that is for the "poster" and not for the whole world. (Perhaps the "poster" is looking for someone and you have an address.)
What do you do?
Instead of scrolling down for a reply option, as you would if you wanted to post a reply for the world to see... * Look to the LEFT of the post. * Beneath the "poster" web name, you'll see a couple of picture icons. * CLICK on the icon to the right that looks like an open envelope with papers sticking out. A box for typing in will appear. Across the blue line at the top it should say "SEND PERSONAL MESSAGE."
Type away. When you're finished go to the scroll down feature at the right edge of the web page (beyond the message box) and scroll until you see options to review or send. (The send here will also indicate "send personal message" When you click here your private message is on its way. When you retrieve a reply to your message, the reply option offered there will automatically be a private reply.
Notices of personal messages will all appear for you alone in the top right hand corner of the opening page of this site. It will say "Hi _____ (your name). You have ___ (a number) personal messages. Click here to get in and review personal exchanges.
