The board member known to all as "engineercutofff" sent me some photos related to some museum work she's doing. She asked me to try posting them. I'll give this upgraded board set-up a try and, one at a time, see what I am able to post. She can fill you in on details. Hopefully, here's the first: Attachments:

Than you Connie!Beautiful work!
This is the first picture of hopefully many that will be posted for the Musee of the Battle of the Ardennes in Wiltz, Luxembourg,
I work for this Museum on a permanent Basis and am the tourguide for any American and British guests wanting to visit the museum,
This first picture is of a display still in the works during the Battle It will show members of the 28th Infantry marching Band who Obviously had no combat experience whatsoever that the Germans are attacking in force and it is time to exchange their instruments for weapons to defend the front, the poor fellow depicted in the picture is one of many stragglers from the Initial attack on the 16th of December being fed up,resupplied and sent back into the battle I chose him primarily because of all the troops that retreated this guy just could have come from some element of the 106th!
We will open to the public in the beginning of April!

Here is a Picture of me sorting in one of the Displays for the museum,On 5 Dec 1944 The boys Deemed it necessary to have the Belgian/Luxembourgisch Santa Claus come to Wiltz, and distribute candy to the children,My job Being the Rations Advisor of the museum was to ascertain that the children only got the best... and they did!Come see sometime for yourself what they got and what it looked like on that 5th of Dec 1944,10 Days Before the Battle of the Bulge!
